Category-Length30Posted Over 1 Month1986 Fleetwood Avion, Must sell. This 30 foot trailer with dual axles is in nice shape for a 29 year old. We've had newer trailers but none that felt as durable as this one. Pulls really nice. Interior wood is in nice condition. Trailer is mostly original.
It has awnings all around. Bathroom in rear with bathtub and shower. Large wardrobe closet in bathroom. One smaller closet at the end of each bed. Lots of storage. Center Twin beds.
Fold down couch. Large pantry area, good refrigerator, 4 burner stove, dual kitchen sink.
Roof air with heater element. Never smoked in. Good batteries. Electric tongue jack. Manual leveler jacks. Near new tires.

Couch in slide pulls out into bed. Full size upper room.
Has queen bed up top. Kitchen in rear of trailer. Lots of cabinet space. Camper is in great shape. Has 25' awning that looks basically brand new. AC works great. Microwave works.
Fridge/freezer work. Never used hot water heater or water in it so I don't know about that.
No reason it shouldn't though. Power Jack has been disconnected. I manually do it.
It's not that hard. Trailer has a rubber roof and doesn't, and hasn't leaked. Never been wet on the inside.
Floors are all solid. This is a huge camper. Needs at least a 3/4 ton truck to pull. Comes with Pro Series 15,000lb roller hitch. Have over $750 into the hitch itself. Camper has 10,000# GVWR.

Sleeper Sofa, new air conditioning unit. Fake leather couch and lounge chair shows some wear. Dining room table and chairs good condition. Good Condition. Full shower, washer/dryer hook-up. Plumbing in good working order. Propane heat, 2 tanks, 3 slide-outs all work well.

I have attached both the NADA RV pricing guide & the KBB pricing guide for the Truck. Both in very Good condition. The Avion is a Fleetwoods beautiful High End Model. 5th wheel is loaded.
3 slides, dual tanks, full pull out slide for gear. Awnings for all, 5000 W Onan Generator, outside shower, very nice maple word interior. Just have the axle/wheels serviced (new bearings- packed) and realigned. F250 is in great shape, very clean inside, 6.0 L diesel, crew cab. Ready to go camping? Can also be a Park Model.
