I found a hack on YouTube (see my post in the comments below) that is the next best thing after cheats.

No jailbreak is required. Excellent.However, there are a few cheats that the hack doesn't enable. I can't get rid of wanted stars. The rocket launchers and flamethrower are unavailable. I cannot summon vehicles or items.
And my favorite: I cannot enable 100ft bunny hops which made hopping off the walls of skyscrapers in Los Santos incredibly fun.Does anybody know of an updated hack that might address some of these gaps? Not jailbroken please. I posted the hack details in a comment below.
