Installazione Software Stampante Hp Deskjet 2050
Hallo everyone! I searched and tried everything I found on the web but couldn't solve this problem, hope someone can figure out how to fix this.So, I recently updated to Windows 10 and before that the printer HP Deskjet 2050 J510a worked perfectly, but now it has problems with every software. At first it is recognized by the pc, but when tryng to actually use it, I encounter a 'general error', so of course I thought it was becouse of outdated drivers and now it gets funny.I went to the HP website and found it was among the printers supported by Windows 10, but when I try to install the software and drivers update pack it tells me that it is only compatible up to Windows 8.1 and it fails to install the software required. So my question is: how am I supposed to install the update on Windows 10? On the HP Support Assistant software it shows the update required, but it cannot be installed. What am I doing wrong?Please if someone as any clue on this subject I would really love to hear some good newsThanks in advance! I also see that there are Windows 10 drivers available here: on the HP web site. If the driver is not working I suggest making sure all the old HP printer software is removed.
After the uninstall is complete it would be a good idea to perform a disk cleanup in the computer. A disk cleanup will improve computer performance and clear temporary files that may cause issues during the install of software.
